TNEA counselling is done based on the normalized 12th standard score.
For admission to MIT, in Aeronautical Engineering - 197.5 , for Mechanical Engineering also 197.5

For CEG campus, CSE - 199.25
ME - 198.75
EC - 199.33

These are last year's cutoffs, hence actual cutoff may vary.
