Hi Sir!

According to previous year cutoffs of Jac DELHI under OBC NCL Outside DELHI category you can only get the ME in NSUT and DTU and in only the Round4 .Before that there is no chance of you to get admission in EE OR ME. On top of that you can also get ECE in IIITD in Round4.

Well, sorry to say but there are very less chances of him getting any seat in ME or EE in JAC Delhi, for atleast 4 rounds of JAC ( you can check yourself at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jac-delhi-merit-list ), but there could be chances of him in spot round, if happened...
