As for the admission process the domicile providing proof of residence is required if you can successfully provide the domicile of both the States then only your son will be eligible for both the States.

The schooling upto 8th doesn't have much influence in NEET counselling. Rather it is the matter of documents only if you can provide them then yes you can go ahead.
