The CSAB round is a special round in JOSAA counselling and the counselling hasn't been started.The CSAB special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs 2020 will be conducted after completing all rounds of JOSAA counselling.There will be two rounds of counselling.Coming to cutoff ranks,we cannot predict as there are a lot of factors involved and your crl rank is considered and not your st category rank.
