I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical this year. The total government medical college seats in west Bengal are around 2050.Also that would have reservations for categories and different quotas and since your state rank is far more, There is no chance of getting into government medical college this year .

You may apply for private colleges where you would get a seat.
