As per your rank it is clear that you have no chance of getting a Seat in government medical college. But as you are also interested in private colleges so let me tell you that you can surely get admission in private colleges for the courses like BHMS BAMS BDS etc.

I suggest you to go for counselling and in addition to this talk to the officials of the college in which you are interested.
