I got 40930air and 2619 Andhra Pradesh state rank .local to Andhra Pradesh.i also got 2113 state rank in Telangana.marks are 457 in my neet.

First of all congratulations on getting such a marks. With such a marks you definitely have chances of securing a seat in any government medical college through State Quota, though chances are less through All India Quota. So, I might suggest you to register with state quota and attend counseling till last session you may definitely get a good college.
