Based on your rank you can get CSE or IT in  some government Colleges. These are the Colleges where you can get admission based on your rank. These are the government Colleges where you can get chance:
1. ChhatrapatiShahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur
2. Lucknow University
3. Bundelkhand University Jhansi
4. Rajkiya Engineering College Sohnbhadra
5. RajkiyaEngineering College Kannauj
You can apply for KNIT or IET . You may get  chance in last round or in spot counselling. You can apply to top private Colleges of UPTU;
1. JSS NOIDA
2. GALGOTIA ENGINEERING COLLEGE GREATER NOIDA
3. KIET GHAZIABAD
4. ABES GHAZIABAD
5. GL BAJAJ GREATER NOIDA
Go through these Colleges properly. Do your counselling properly. Give your preference to the Colleges according to your rank.

If you are solely focussed on CSE and IT branches then it is difficult for you to get in the top colleges of UPSEE such as IET Lucknow and KNIT Sultanpur. Although you can aim for other government and private colleges such as AKGEC and BIET where you can have a better chance of getting admission. Hope this helps.
