As per your requirement, i would say that as your rank is 611 and bc rank is 248 in bcece exam 19, you have a chance to get in whichever course you want in like agriculture, pharmacy etc.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
