It is difficult to predict  about cutoffs as it changes every year depending upon various factors but there is a slight chance you should get it as candidates of uttarakhand prefer gbpant university of agriculture and technology as there first choice and after that they come to pauri so there is a slight chance to get cs but apart from computer science you can get other good branches as well .
