Yup, you can expect core branches like ME/CE/EE at VIT Bhopal campus under management quota (Category 3 fees). But, with this rank, i would suggest you to go for other colleges instead of VIT Bhopal since it's placement prospects are not clear and neither its teaching methodology since it came into existence an year back only so, nobody can predict the actual quality of education and job prospects until and unless the results of a passed out batch is analysed.
