Top colleges for CSE from Wbjee are Jadavpur University, IEM and Heritage Institute Of Technology. With your rank, it may be difficult to get Jadavpur University. So maybe try for IEM and Heritage. Techno India Salt Lake is also a decent college but try for IEM and Heritage first. Moreover, KGEC is also good as it has a great coding culture.
