The both ranks scored by you in the following mentioned entrance exam is quite good and also you should target for good colleges only. Now as we know that Government colleges are generally top level colleges and hence the cutoffs in this particular colleges are also high but as you already know the rank of yours,  you can just simply compare it with the cutoffs and get an idea where you have better chance of securing admission and one thing is main keep more college options and do not depend on only one single college.
