I think your rank is low but not to low and you may get some good and nice institute or college in this rank and you may get some good private college also, In Kolkata. So no need to worry seek some good Institute suitable for condition and for that you may start to apply in some top private Institute in Kolkata then go down at this you definitely get good Institute for you.
