Hello kashif,in wbjee if you're a west bengal domicile candidate,then you should sit in decentralized counseling of jadavpur university.

But getting cse or it is quite difficult, but as you have your obc category with you then you may have a 10% chance,other branches of jadavpur university are also good like chemical,civil and electrical.
