2) difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

3 Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

4)  number of students from different categories

5)  seats available for different branches etc.

On the basis of analysis of past years wbjee cut off data , you may have chances in government engineering college.

For government college your   rank should have been at least around 20,000
