according to neet 2020, The last seat alloted under unreserved open category (general) was at 607 marks in AMC, Bahraich .

with the introduction of 900 seats this year the cutoff may decrease a bit in mbbs but it seems improbable to get govt mbbs/bds  seat at 549 marks

There are no chances for you to get any government Mbbs Or Bds seat in Uttar Pradesh at 549 marks if you are from general category.
In order to get any government seat you need approx 595+ marks .
According to last year's cutoff
Closing marks for Government Mbbs seat in Uttar Pradesh was at:

GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, BAHRAICH ------607 MARKS

AND FOR BDS
KING GEORGE DENTAL COLLEGE, LUCKNOW -------- 600 MARKS

You can take admission in government Bams or Bhms college at these marks.
