Yes, there is a specific marks criteria for Class 12 to be eligible for BITSAT.

To appear for BITSAT, you must have obtained a minimum of:

• 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects
• Or a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects

Additionally, you must have secured at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology subjects.
