The answer is NO, you don't need to give any other paper for getting into NDA. Other examinations have no relationship with NDA examination.

To get into NDA, you only need to give NDA examination. If you clear it you'll be called for SSB and physical test and if you're able to clear all these things you'll get into NDA.

There is no compulsion for appearing in JEE and cet exam to get into NDA.

However, one needs to appear in the entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission, twice a year, normally in month of March and August. Candidate must be a unmarried male. To join NDA one must pass written followed by SSB, medicals and finally to be in merit list.
