On basis of NEET 2018 Result, 15% seats will be filled according to the All India Quota rank. Rest 85% seats will be filled according to the state quota as applicable. The students who qualify i.e. who have secured the minimum cutoff as decided by CBSE are eligible for the counselling process. The states release individual rank list. Candidates have to register for it. They are called for counselling according to the ranks obtained by them in the merit list.
NEET 2018 is the single national level medical examination for admissions to all the government, medical and private colleges across India. The state counselling is done the 85% of the medical seats of the individual states. They release individual state rank list.
NTA will soon announce the counselling process. The schedule for NEET counselling will be uploaded on the homepage of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Keep in touch with the website for latest updates.
