As per the previous year cutoffs trend, it will be very tough for you to get government college for MBBS or BDS. But you can get admission in private medical colleges and dental colleges in your state as well as other states.

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
