Yes the date for NEET UG is same as on the admit card as released on 15/04/2019. The date for NEET is given as 05/05/19.

I suggest you get in touch with the NTA customer support by emailing or by calling. They will hear your problem and will clear your doubt as well. Don't panic at this moment as you need to focus on your study. If it is showing wrong to you then it is wrong for others too. And yes some candidates have this date in their admit card
