There are several colleges out there providing B.Com course. Some take admission through merit based while some University conducts their own entrance exam.

For example in DU there is merit based enrollment, i.e you will have to fill up the application form and wait for the cutoff list.

Some college like Christ University conducts their own Entrance exam for the admission.
