Hello, as both colleges are very good colleges and are highly ranked in Nirf ranking.
Placements are good in both colleges.

Since, branch is same I would recommend you to go with Nit Patna as it is a Nit and most importantly studying in any Nit is a very big thing.
Placement wise, infrastructure wise both colleges are good.
