I suggest you to go for NIT Tirichy. Both are good, it depends upon your financial situation and your interest whether you want job on basis of your hardwork or you want a cushion of permanent job. If you want a cushion and you are ready to work hard you should go to bits but if you want to enjoy fully your college life you should go to Trichy as bits professor provides ample knowledge to students.

If you are confused between all these, you can go with MS in US. That would be best for your career.

If in India, you should go with ECE in NIT, Tirichurapalli. It is top amongst all the three option sin India.
