The cut-off varies from college to college and even the same college can have different cut-off in different years. Hope this answers your question.

The university to which you are applying decides the cut off marks as a eligibility criteria . Basing on the reputation of b shool the cut off varies accordingly

CAT is an common entrance test held all over India for admissions in MBA in colleges across the India while GMAT is entrance test meant for admissions in MBA in colleges in foreign countries. The cutoffs vary from college to college and changes every year based on the performance of students appearing for admissions, the better the results of students the higher cut off goes.
