Dear Dilip, there is nothing as CA CET. You study CA based on your highest qualification. Because you are a B.Com graduate, if you completed your Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%, you are eligible for CA Inter under Direct Entry. You can register round the year for CA Intermediate at their official website but the exams will be conducted twice a year. Now for being eligible to appear for CA Inter, you should have completed 8 months of study period. The validity of CA Inter registration is 4 years.

CA course is divided into 3 levels:

CA Foundation

CA Intermediate

CA Final

CA Foundation-

CA Foundation course is partly subjective and partially objective. 

Students have to obtain 40% marks in each individual paper and 50% in aggregate of all the papers to pass this level and qualify the next level.

CA Intermediate-

CA intermediate is completely subjective.

Students must obtained 40% marks in each individual paper and 50% in aggregate of all the papers clear this level and move on to the next one.

CA Final-

The is the final step and also the most challenging one.
