So as per your query, YES you may apply for the course of BSC CS in the college. But you need to consult the authorities of the college for once and know about the details of the course and fee as well. Because generally it will be considered basing upon the college.
One college might allow you to get the seat with high fee, whereas some of them don't even allow to do the course after closure of the admissions. It depends upon the college.
