With your marks you can get NITs.Most probably you can get any of the NITs.You can alslo apply for MS/PHD at IITs .

NTU and NUS rquires 90 percentile in GATE.So if you have got 90 percentile then you can definitely apply.If you have got good rank (let’s say in top 100 in GATE) and have good GPA (around 96_99%) than you might be offered 50% scholarship, better will lead to more savings on pocket.

So it is easy to be admitted in NUS or any other university with average ranking in Singapore but scholarships is for best ones.

I would recommend you to apply for NTU also, as, it is one of the leading university's in the world. In my suggestion Singapore will not be much good option for higher studies.
