Being a student at MMC, i feel that you ll have a lot more of clinical hands on experience than anywhere else. However, I have spoken to a few friends at BMC, who think that academic activities and research is a lot better at BMC.
Whichever one you choose, the kind of doctor you become lies in your hands.

Look both the colleges are very much reputed and comparing them as such would be a little difficult because the parameters of comparison vary from one person to another.
However, the cut off for Madras medical college is higher than that of bangalore medical college in seat allotment process via AIQ 15%.
