bro predictors are not very accurate, they will predict your rank and then will compare you rank with the opening and closing rank of different colleges and the one which fits well they will tell you.For example your rank is 5000 and opening rank is 2000 for heritage and closing rank is 6000, predictors will tell you that you have high chance but try to understand only 500 seats are there in heritage and heritage is also a very know and good private college,the people getting 2500-4000 might get a chance but no 5000 or 6000. I had my personal experience in this. I would have easily got JU as my rank was below 1.5k but then i got gcelt...and not JU. your marks are good you will get RCC which is a good goverment college as goverment has taken it under themselves in 2012...placement of that college is also too good.

And first of all tell me which branch do you want if no CSE and ECE then there is high cances of you getting a seat at haldia or heritage and maybe IEM.Last year for IEM op for cse was 1700 and cr 2500 and for heritage and haldia it was near to 6k(closing rank)(and i am talking about CSE and ECE branch ranks required) but for mechanical ranks are near to 10-12k.
