The subject for your MSc should be based on your interest. If you want to go into research then it would be beneficial to take zoology again to provide you with many opportunities but there are several other subjects also like ;

Molecular biology

Biotechnology

Bioinformatics

Microbiology

Genetics

Environmental studies

Life science

And there are many other options available which are not related to biology like psychology and many more.
