We cannot indicate the exam marks but we can tell you the approximate marks to score so that your friend can get a free seat. To get a free seat through EAMCET she needs to secure a rank below 10,000. Candidates who secure a rank below 10,000 are given free seat irrespective of their category. Rank depends on various factors like number of candidates appeared, highest score in the exam, marks scored in individual subjects etc. A safe score is in between 120-130.
