Both are top level exams and NEET keeps a good weight age in terms of importance.

So you can expect NEET counseling to be more difficult than JIPMER.

There are limited seats in JIPMER so the competition is really high and the struggle is much to get a seat.

can you tell me from which practice book more questions are expected/came in previous neet? neet 10 practice sets by arihant experts OR, 10 very similar practice sets neet by mtg?

Both are good and recommended but out of both most preference is given to MTG for medical studies.
So considerably the success rate is more for it.
