Depending on your subject you should choose a university. The best way to choose the best option for yourself is to check the research interests of the teachers in the institution. If you get faculties with good number of research experience and if you get faculties with whom you can work in the field of your interest choose that university.

From the general perspective I would recommend you to go for the sequence below:

  • Banaras University
  • Allahabad University
  • Bundelkhand University

This is all about your career. SO you must follow the procedure I had provided above before confirming your admission to the university. Remember a good supervisor is always important for a good PhD thesis. So don't ignore this fact.

I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
