Hope you are doing well ! It  depends on which college you are studying. Some colleges do allow this change and some colleges don't . For colleges which allows change of college under the same University, follows some criteria, which varies from college to college.

The Bundelkhand University Jhansi Semester/Year exam results are now out. A students who have passed will be succeeded there degree. All the selected candidates need to register for BU Bhopal Counselling 2021 by paying online counselling fees. Registered candidates will be called for counselling. The counselling for different courses could be held at a separate venue. Candidates can be called to different campuses as well, other than Bhopal. Addresses and dates related to counselling will be provided in the Call Letter issued by the university. A group of college authorities or teachers will be talking to the students in the Barkatullah University Counselling process.

As per the official notification of Bundelkhand University for the admission in 2021-22 session is that for BA Social work (Hons.) the admission will be Direct Admission on the basis of merit. So you do not have to give any entrance examination for this course.
