In case you plan to do distance MBA course then there is not much hassle for IIMs and non IIM's.
Some of the colleges/institutes you can prefer are:

Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning
ICFAI Business School
IMT-CDL
Amity Univeristy
MDU Rothak

and there are more..
IGNOU conducts its own entrance that is OPENMAT and similarly each university has its own eligibility criteria.

Some might conduct its own and others might have a different process.
