Hello dear,
First year is same for all the branches of engineering..
If you want to change your branch..Consult to your tg or branch head..They better guide ...You are also allow to change your branch before the 3rd semester...

You can apply to otger college via management quota or institute level seats onky, as counselling is almost over for other cplleges.

If seats vacant for other colleges in Institute level you cn still apply an dchange stream.

However chnaces very very low for this procesure.
Incase you ar ekucky and get tgrough alloted colleges of preference, then you can withdraw from this college and taje redund of fees.
