You can get direct admission to a bca after completing a diploma in computer engineering if you fulfill the required eligibility criteria for admission . some institutions have a minimum 50% eligibility requirement in diploma for taking admissions in bca.

I am afraid there aren't many colleges for BCA that too with Diploma. You can still pursue BTech.
