please tell me that every college have tfw quota for every branch like : cse it ece?

It depends on the state and status of the institution. If you are a student of west bengal (reading your name I assume that) then all the government institute offering admission through WBJEE have this Tuition fee waiver scheme and also some private colleges may have this facility but the numbers are very less. The private colleges mostly offers financial assistance to the students i.e., scholarship/education loan but having TFW in private colleges, the probability is less but if you go for any government colleges then you will get the facility undoubtedly for any branch along with the three branches you have mentioned.
