Dear Aspirant,
If you are preparing for CET and wishes to secure  good rank and college you have to first know the syllabus from which the question comes and what is the pattern for the paper. For that I personally recommend the Arihant books because it has many previous year question, chit book, practice paprs and different methods to solve the questions. So If you are on the revision path and want confidence in solving your questions go through the Arihant book.

if you are an engineering aspirant and plan to give entrance exams like jee main, mhtcet, ts eamcet , bitsat etc then first of all you need to thoughly read the test book and need to build a good concepts. secondly follow arihants or tata macgraw books of pcb to solve previous years question. you need to do some analogy that which of the chapters gets maximum question in previous years, try to do solve mcq as much as possible.
