Hello,

the certificate issued by state government will work only if the caste is in Central OBC list .

Otherwise a certificate issued by central government is required.

Sir i have also the same situation, will the central OBC certificate issued by Delhi gov valid for JAC counselling, if i have state certificate of Bihar??
