Both are very good course for future. But in my opinion B.Tech in Biotechnology is much better for you. As you have to pass a very tough examination for returning in India and taking the license for practicing here as a doctor and the passing rate is very low in this examination. So, if you complete B.Tech in Biotechnology from any top university you will get a very good job after your bachelor's degree only and with that you can go abroad too for the job purposes or doing your M.Tech.
