Hi bro,
No you cannot get admission into any nits or CFTIs only the exam of jee mains given by you will be a route for you to appear for jee advance after which if you qualify jee advance you will be treated as a student qualified from 12th but Your rank and scorecard will not be considered to get admission into any nits.

Hi there!!! Admissions to NITs and IIITs is done through jee mains and it doesn't matter if you have diploma or not since only jee mains score is considered for admissions in NITs and IIITs. So you need to provide info about your jee mains rank to help out which college is possible. Sorry.. as per the rules, diploma degree holders are not allowed to write JEE. so not possible to get into IITs/NITs. Diploma holders are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.Tech through different CET's of state governments.
