PSU accepts gate and it takes the cutoff specified by the gate only. If you have qualified gate exam as per the categorical cutoff then you are eligible to take an admission at any college which accepts gate. The main point is the cutoff rank range which is not given by the PSU. They decide it themselves. This makes on our part to say what will be the rank range. So better to give a try and you may get in last round of counseling.
