Hi Vishal, in my opinion, BP Poddar is a better option than RCC college especially for cse and ece students. Considering different factors like faculty, placement etc bp poddar looks the better option. Rcc college used to be  in a better option than the present time.

I would suggest you to research about both the colleges and then decide which suits you better.
