If you achieve better percentage then its worth it.
You can repeat your class 12th if you are sure of getting a better, higher percentage than your previos one then you shoud go ahead and repeat class 12th.
If you score higher marks then every thing will be fine, people will look at your effort and improvement.
No, it will not affect your DU admission process.
