Hello Nitin,

You can join upsee counselling . Hopefully you can get best government college.

There are some best colleges in up . I suggest you IET college in Lucknow.

Yes you can get government college. Ambedkar college is best in governement. IMSEC is best in private.

For learning better handling techniques you should join private colleges.
