There are two options for you to put Dr. before your name. One is you complete your graduation then post-graduation then after PhD . In your case it will take 5-6 years minimum.

Another way Is that you complete your second graduation in field of medical i.e. in stream like bhms bums BAMS etc.

It will take 4-5 years .
