Hello,

A candidate belonging to SC category with rank 7680 secured a seat in Civil Engineering in round 1. And a candidate belonging to SC category with rank 9121 secured a seat in Civil Engineering in round 2.And a candidate belonging to SC category with rank 9399 secured a seat in Civil Engineering in round 3.So, if you secure a rank below 5000 you will have good chances of getting a seat in Civil engineering because cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly.
